CA. R. Karthik, ACA, is the Founder and Proprietor of R L Karthik & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm offering comprehensive services in taxation, audit, assurance, and business advisory.

He cleared both the CPT and CA Intermediate examinations on his first attempt. During his articleship, he developed strong expertise in Direct Tax, with extensive involvement in tax compliance, assessments, appeals, litigation, and advisory. He handled a wide range of taxation matters for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate entities, and charitable trusts, including specialized tax issues and appellate proceedings.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he worked as an Audit Manager, leading internal audit engagements across diverse industries and strengthening organizational governance, risk management, and internal controls. He later joined Deloitte, one of the Big Four professional services firms, where he was part of the Statutory Audit practice. During his tenure, he was involved in the statutory audits of listed and unlisted companies, Limited Review engagements, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) assignments.

Through his professional journey across taxation, audit, and assurance, CA. Karthik has built strong expertise in Direct Tax and Indirect Tax compliances and litigation. Leveraging his diverse experience across multiple domains of the profession, he established R L Karthik & Associates with the objective of delivering practical, value-driven, and solution-oriented professional services to businesses and individuals.
